Dr. Mo completed his orthodontic training and PhD at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where he is now an Associate Professor in the Department of Orthodontics. He is a leader in Al-driven treatment planning, 3D imaging, and digital orthodontics. His work has helped shape modern orthodontic care, and he is the co-author of more than five leading orthodontic reference books worldwide, in addition to publishing over 40 original research articles in top orthodontic journals.

A recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the Robert Ricketts Award, Burstone Biomechanics Award, and the Robert James Bray Biomedical Research Award, Dr. Mo is also an active member of the Angle Society of Orthodontics and the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO). He serves as a reviewer and editor for top orthodontic journals and has delivered over 45 invited lectures at global conferences.
